Nha Trang. Its wet season is shorter and later, mainly October to December, and it gets far less typhoon rain than the central coast around Da Nang, whose wet season runs September to January.
Generally yes for hotels and food, and both are cheap by international standards. Nha Trang's hotel supply is larger and older, which keeps rates down outside the peak holidays.
